Policies

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check in and to ensure that your service can begin at the scheduled time. Out of respect for our other appointments for the day, we regret that we may be unable to extend the time of your appointment if you arrive late. Guests who arrive late may be given only the remaining allotted time for their service, and may be charged full price for the service(s) booked. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy:

At Salon Linnea we understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule and we kindly ask that you provide a 24 hour notice for any change to a single service. In consideration of our service providers and other guests, any guest failing to provide notice twice over any period of time will be asked to provide a credit card to secure future appointments. Any subsequent failure to give a 24 hour notice for a scheduled appointment will result in 50% of the scheduled services being charged to the credit card on file.
